I am getting ready to inform all of the Newspapers and Television Station of my situation with the Snyder County Family Court Sysyem.

They will be recieving the letter after I had been arrested under the Snyder County Family Court Systems request.

I do not know if I will be able to get a CRIMINAL TRIAL as of yet.

I am hoping that if I do get arrested under The Snyder County Family Court System. I will at least get a fair trial in the Criminal Court System. Being that I did not recieve a fair trial in The Snyder County Family Court System.

I know that Bambi L. Buckles has lied on her paperwork that she had filed with the Snyder County Domestic Relations Office. The first thing was that we where married in Northhumberland County, PA. which we where married in Whytheville, VA.

When we recieved the affidivid for the marriage license, we where to file all the paperwork in Northhumberland County Courthouse. I was not around when the courthouse was open because I was an over the road truck drive and gone by monday morning and back late friday night. That was if I even made it home or if I was gone for several weeks at a time. Which, I was mostly gone for two to three week when I left the house.

I am wondering how the people of the United States can trust in the Family Court System.

I sorta believed in the Court System: until it was the Family Court System in Snyder County that has change my opinion.

The Court there is no good and is not out for Justice it is only out of the CROOKED PEOPLE in their community.

I show you one case in the Blog "NEED HELP".

I have only days to spend with my biological son until the Snyder County Family Court issue a warrent for my arrest.

The Domestic Relations Office of Snyder County, have taken a stand with Bambi L. Buckles-Jones. Because the think that she was telling the truth of Bambi and Eric D. Bennett being married at the time her daughter was born.

I told me attorney back than that I wanted him to check into the Marriage License and he did nothing. He also had a meeting with Bambi without my consent and/or my present at this meeting.

Being that the Domestic Relations Office is involved in this matter and will not do anything to get Justice. I am wondering what Bambi L. Buckles-Jones has offered that OFFICE.

I am also wondering what Bambi offered my attorney at their meeting alone together.

I also, wonder what is in it for the Judge that was incharge of this case.

I now wonder if there is any Court System that is here to help the people get the JUSTICE that they deserve or are they all here for the CROOKED people of the United States of America.

I am hoping that if anyone is taking the time to read this "BLOG" they will take the time to read the "Need Help" BLOG, also. I also ask you to make copies of the to Blogs and POST them on Car Windshields and hang them everywhere.

I am going to send out a BLOG a day about this issue. But, when you find that I have stopped the BLOG you will all know that I am setting in a JAIL CELL somewhere in PA.

I know that there is a way out of this.


But, Bambi L. Buckles-Jones will not come forward to help me. Her and her husband (Eric Jones) are enjoying all of this TAX FREE MONEY that they have been recieving under false pretentses.

Bambi, her husband and the Snyder County Domestic Relations Office allknow that the Child that I am paying Child Support for is not mine.

I am a citizen of th U.S.A. The Family Court System of Snyder County PA, have wrong me with a Support Order for a child that is not biologiclly mine. They say that I was merried to Bambi Buckles- Jones at the time this child was born. Since, this Court would not allow me the DNA Testing that I was asking for back when this all started, I have been trying to prove what I was telling the court. I have found the proof that Bammbi Buckles-Jones and I was never married at anytime and the court still has denied me my DNA Test that I have asked for. They will not change the Suuport order to show the true father of this child.

Bambi Buckles-Jones stated right at first that the child was not mine.

The Snyder County Domestic Relations Office will not bring Bambi Buckles-Jones to justice for her actions.

I have been paying this Support Order for over 9 Years, now.

I would have figured by now Bambi Buckles-Jones or her Husband Eric Jones would have came forward with the way for this order to be VOIDED. Being that If The Snyder County Court would have issued the DNA Testing they would Know that Mr. Eric Jones is this childs Father not me ( Eric Bennett).

The Snyder County Court is about to issue a BenchWarrant for my arrest and incarcerate me for this Court Order at I have been fighting for over 9 Years. They are going to suspend my Driver's, Professional, Occupational, and/or Recreation (hunting and fishing) Licenses; Seizure of checking, savings, Individual Retirement Accouts and other financial assets, State and Federal Tax Refunds, and put liens on everything that I own and destroy my Credit.

I have tried going to the Governor, PA State Representative, The Attorney General, and any one esle that I could think of and They will do nothing for me.

Bambi Buckles-Jones: has not come forword to get me out of this mess that her and the Snyder County Domestic Ralations office have come up do to the fact that they are getting Bambi Buckles-Jones and Eric Jones free money.

I mean FREE. They do not have to pay any Local, State, and/or Federal Taxes on Child Support.

Being that the has been going on for over 9 years. Bambi and Eric Jones have been getting given $320 plus a month tax FREE.

They are knowingly commiting fraud against the United States of America with the help of the Snyder County Court System and Snyder County Domestic Relations Office.

I aslo know that Bambi Buckles has even collected Public Assists well she was married to Eric Jones. She did not report that she had even married Eric Jones to the Public Assists Office. I report that she was married to Eric Jones by a Letter that I hand to the Person in the Public Assists Office at Represented her.

My attorney that was repersenting me even had a meeting with Bambi Buckles before we want to the Snyder County Courthouse.

I know that BAMBI BUCKLES AND HER HUSBAND ERIC JONES BOTH KWON THAT ERIC JONES IS THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF THE CHILD THAT I AM PAYING SUPPORT FOR.

I know that the Judge that sets on the Family Court Bench in Snyder County is not as responsible as Bambi and The Domestic Relations Officier who represented Bambi Buckles, acxtually lied on the stand by saying that Bambi Buckles was married to Eric Bennett at this time.

No one actually looked into what I was saying back then. I fould that Bambi Buckles never took the Sworn Affidvid for a Married License to the Local Courthouse To file for the Marriage Certificate.

The Domestic Relations Officier that was representing Bambi Buckles-Jones at the time took Bambi Buckles-Jones work that she and I where MARRIED.

I have since show them the AFFIDIVID from Wytheville, VA. I had the Marriage License checked and found that the marriage to Bambi Buckles and Eric Bennett was VOID after Sixty Days: do to the fact that not all the paperwork was not filed properly.


I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR AWAY OUT OF THIS FROM THE START.

Now, it looks to me that the Snyder County Family Court System is going to take me (Eric Bennett) away from me wife and son, just because Bambi Buckles-Jones wants to keep getting this FREE MONEY to support her Husband (Eric Jones) and their children.
